Task Assignment Strategies for Crowd Worker Ability Improvement

Workers are the most important resource in crowdsourcing. However, only investing worker-centric needs, such as skill improvement, often conflicts with short-term platform-centric task throughput. This paper studies learning strategies assignment crowdsourcing and their impact on needs. We formalize potential of individual tasks collaborative tasks, devise an iterative completion approach that implements grounded theories. conduct experiments to compare several terms throughput contribution quality. discuss how our findings open new research directions collaboration.
